Meatballs with Lemon in the lemon leaves

lemon meatballs: 500g minced beef (cow), 5 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 300 g of smoked mozzarella, chopped parsley, grated rind of 2 lemons, salt, 2 eggs, chopped garlic clove. mix everything. then make into balls and fry them evenly in plenty of extra virgin olive oil until browned. Once fried, place them in a rectangular container on which you have previously placed the leaves of lemon. (If you do not have lemon leaves, add some skin in the dough).  Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit
